I co-founded Indicode to make custom software affordable for small businesses, the kind that are stuck juggling spreadsheets, busy work, and manual data entry. We build tools that fit the way each business already works.

What I've worked on

• HOA Copilot. I was the product manager and one of the developers on HOA Copilot, an AI assistant that helps HOA management staff answer questions from each community's governing documents, quoting the exact rule. I wrote the requirements, set priorities, and built most of the React front end.
• Outlook add-in. I built an Outlook add-in for HOA Copilot, so staff can ask about an open email and get a document-backed answer without leaving their inbox.
• Real Estate CRM/ERP. For a real estate client, I built an AppSheet CRM/ERP that brings their portfolio, contacts, and tasks into one mobile-friendly app.
• Client automation. For other small-business clients, I've built custom apps and automations, each scoped to fit how that business already works.
